Directions for use

The dosage of Therma Power is very individual, depending on how your body response to ephedrine/caffeine.

We recommend you start with 1 capsule/tablet pr day. You may increase to 2-3 capsules/tables pr day in 2 weeks use. Do not exceed 4 capsules/tablets in a period of 24 hours.

Take each capsule/tablet preferably 4 hours apart.

Use the product in 30 days cycles followed by 14 days pause.
